Parker Wilson Sustain offer a comprehensive service for facilities management which includes the preparation of planned maintenance programmes for the mechanical, electrical and public health services within a building or site wide estate.
We undertake a full plant and asset survey for the production of a services appraisal report. From this survey and report the frequency of maintenance and statutory testing documentation is produced for implementation by the maintenance contractor.
PWC manage the tendering process for the appointment of a suitable maintenance contractor for the particular site and continually monitor their performance and quality of works, review costs and provide continual progress reports back to the client.
In addition to the above we also provide our clients with on-going technical advice on a range of issues varying from the changes in legislation, British standards and energy management through to assistance with landlord’s negotiation with service charge and base building major plant upgrades.
We also have the capabilities to provide project management for all major plant replacement, upgrade of plant and infrastructure and extensive test programmes for generators and electrical installations.
